Amazing Staff and Location!
The staff is amazing! Opened car doors helped us on the elevator after a long day of shopping. The room was quiet and clean! The location to pier 39 is phenomenal.
Clean, Comfortable and Wonderfully Hospitable Stay
I’ve been staying at this property since 1991 and it’s always been a clean, comfortable and wonderfully hospitable stay…The staff are always so kind and the location is perfect. A special thanks to Hotel Zoe for always delivering a great product and memorable stay.

Wonderful Hotel within Walking Distance to Fisherman’s Wharf
Wonderful hotel. Clean and within walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. They had e-bikes to rent, with the 1st hour free. I rode down to the Chase Center and back within the hour. Clean and updated rooms. Small rooms but the room had everything you needed with a table and chair and a bench. Staff was very friendly. We had a social in the courtyard with drinks and appetizers. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was wonderful and the staff were very accommodating to our big group.
