Tulips abound at this beloved festival in Fisherman’s Wharf. Every February, Pier 39 becomes a sea of color, with over 20,000 different types of tulips, narcissus, hyacinths and more. Find rare breeds and take in the beauty of the different flower installations, often modeled after famous Bay Area attractions and icons.
